Oops. Sorry about that. We tried to really test the program to eliminate problems. (After all, we let our "Aunt Minnie" use this place.)

Here's some ideas:

• Did you enter the recipient's email correctly? Spelling counts!
• Did you use a comma between multiple email addresses?
• Did you use the Browse button to select your file? You can't just type in the file name.
• Has the file expired - did you upload more than 7 days ago? We only keep the files around for 7 days, and then they are deleted.
• Did you sent a copyrighted file? Or a file with illegal content? We may have deleted it during maintenance, or if someone complained. Don't do that. Bad karma will follow you for the rest of your days (and nights).

Any other problems? Try out problem/suggestion form. We'll try to figure it out.
