Here's the Terms of Service. They are quite simple.

1. We (the "FileHurl" folks) are providing this web site (the "service" or "FileHurl service") to help you transfer files ("transfer" or "Hurl") to others. If you (the person using the FileHurl site) use this service, you agree to these terms of service. If you don't like the terms, don't use the site (or send us a note to tell us).
2. The FileHurl service is free, although you can donate to help out. (And we hope you do donate to help defray expenses here.)
3. You agree to use the FileHurl service to transfer only files that belong to you. You are not allowed to transfer any files you don't own, unless you have the express written permission of the owner of those files.
4. We will store your file for a certain number of days, as shown when you Hurl a file. After that, we will delete the file. We will not look at your file, or disclose it's contents, except as required by law, and when we need to check on the proper operation of the FileHurl service.
5. You agree not to steal the FileHurl web page codes or techniques, unless we say (in writing) that you can.
6. You agree not to Hurl any inappropriate (like any kind of pornography) or illegal content. If we find that content in our normal operations, or if we are alerted to that type of content, we will immediately delete the file. And we will attach negative karma to you. Or use a voodoo doll. Your choice.
7. We will attempt to send a FileHurl notification to the email address you specify. If it doesn't get there, it is not our fault, and we will not be liable for any damages because of that mail delivery failure.
8. We won't give any email address to anyone else, and we won't use any email address for any other purpose except for sending the FileHurl notification. We don't like spam, either.
9. If the file is deleted or damaged during storage or transfer, we're not liable for that either. This is a free service, and although we work hard to ensure that everything is working properly, if something breaks, them's the breaks. Although we suggest that you use the Problem report to tell us about any problems.
10. We may decide to place some advertising on our pages. We are not responsible for any damage or content of those advertising links or descriptions. If you don't like the content of the link, don't click on the link.
11. We are not liable for any damages because of your use of this service. We'll try to make things work, but sometimes things break.
12. We will try to keep the site available at all times. But if you can't access the site, or we decide to give up the whole thing, them's the breaks. No liability on our part.
